This Privacy Policy describes how Supersmart LLC ("Supersmart LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Fypbase application and website at www.fypbase.com (collectively, the "Service"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is owned and operated by Supersmart LLC. Fypbase lets you create photo slideshows and send them to your own TikTok account as drafts using TikTok's official Content Posting API. You remain in full control of your content at all times. For any privacy-related request, contact us at support@fypbase.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

Account information: the email address and password you provide when you sign up. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
TikTok account data: when you connect TikTok, we receive your TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar via TikTok's user.info.basic scope, so we can show you which account is connected.
TikTok access & refresh tokens: issued by TikTok when you authorize the Service. These let us send your chosen content to your TikTok drafts on your behalf, only when you initiate it.
Content you create: the photos and text captions you upload to build a slideshow. Photos are stored temporarily only long enough for TikTok to retrieve them, then deleted (see Section 5).
Technical data: standard server logs (such as request timestamps and error logs) used to keep the Service running and secure.

We do not collect your TikTok password. Authorization happens entirely through TikTok's secure OAuth flow.

3. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and maintain your account.
To connect and display your TikTok account(s) within the Service.
To upload the photos and captions you select to your own TikTok drafts, using TikTok's Content Posting API, only when you click "Publish".
To refresh your TikTok tokens so your connection keeps working without re-authenticating each time.
To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

We never use your TikTok data to post automatically, to interact with other accounts, or for advertising. Every publishing action is initiated manually by you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers required to operate Fypbase:

TikTok: we send your selected content and use your authorization tokens through TikTok's official API to perform the actions you request. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Supabase: our database and authentication provider, which securely stores your account information and tokens.
Vercel: our hosting provider, which serves the application.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Account information and TikTok tokens are stored securely with access controls (row-level security) so that you can only access your own data. Uploaded photos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted shortly after TikTok retrieves them (typically within minutes). We retain account data and tokens only for as long as your account remains active.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can, at any time:

Disconnect TikTok: remove a connected TikTok account from the dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens and revokes our access on TikTok's side.
Delete your account: permanently delete your account and all associated data, which revokes your TikTok authorization and removes your stored tokens, profile, and content.

You can request deletion from the Delete My Data page, from within the app, or by emailing support@fypbase.com. All associated access tokens and stored metadata are permanently deleted within 7 days of the request.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and row-level access policies. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by TikTok in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in regions other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in accordance with this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
